Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success and ensure alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement innovative policies, streamline processes, and foster a high-performance culture through effective delegation, mentorship, and performance evaluation. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize resources, mitigate risks, and enhance productivity while maintaining rigorous compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Serve as a primary liaison between senior management and department heads to facilitate clear communication, resolve escalated issues, and support data-driven decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and prepare detailed reports to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Additionally, lead initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities, enhance operational efficiencies, and support the organization’s long-term growth and sustainability.

The Facilitator is responsible for guiding and supporting group activities, ensuring smooth collaboration among participants. This role involves designing and delivering engaging sessions tailored to diverse audience needs, while maintaining a neutral and inclusive environment. The Facilitator will manage logistics, such as scheduling and resource preparation, and will facilitate discussions to maximize participation and productivity. Strong communication and active listening skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to varying group dynamics and objectives. Experience in group facilitation, workshop delivery, or related fields is preferred, and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools may be required.

Facilitate the inclusive execution of initiatives focused on youth leadership development, livelihood enhancement, and financial inclusion efforts.

Facilitate and encourage youth with disabilities to take on leadership roles and engage meaningfully in activities.

Perform accessibility evaluations and facilitate appropriate accommodations to ensure compliance with relevant standards and support all individuals effectively.

Engage young individuals with disabilities by leveraging community-based partnerships and organizations of persons with disabilities (Odds).

Provide guidance and resources to enhance disability inclusion awareness and facilitate inclusive practices among staff, partners, and youth leaders.

Empower youth with disabilities by providing mentorship and fostering their engagement in economic and leadership initiatives.

Facilitate the implementation of inclusive monitoring practices, develop comprehensive participant profiles, and maintain thorough learning documentation to ensure accurate tracking and assessment of progress.

Foster project environments characterized by safety, respect, and full adherence to safeguarding protocols.

Developed and executed deliverables aligned with project objectives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. These outputs encompassed comprehensive reports, strategic analyses, and actionable recommendations, all meticulously prepared to support informed decision-making processes.

Enhanced engagement of young individuals with disabilities in EVE programs was achieved.

Implemented enhancements to ensure accessibility within project initiatives.

Enhanced inclusion capabilities have been cultivated among both staff and partners.

Documented feedback and insights on inclusion are regularly gathered and recorded.

Reporting Line

The position is accountable to the Youth Voice & Empowerment Inclusion Lead and involves close technical collaboration with the Interventions Team.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a comparable role are mandatory. Demonstrated expertise in project management, proficiency with industry-standard software applications, and exceptional problem-solving abilities are essential. Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams are required. Candidates must exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving industry trends.

Proficiency in disability inclusion initiatives, youth programming, community engagement strategies, or social inclusion projects is required.
