Job Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, alongside expertise in database management and system architecture. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is also required. Additionally, experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly desirable.

The Supply Chain Intern will collaborate extensively with the supply chain team to assist in diverse operational functions, enhancing both efficiency and effectiveness within our supply chain processes.

Oversee and manage a range of tasks and obligations, ensuring all operational and strategic goals are met with precision and efficiency. This role demands a proactive approach to handling diverse responsibilities, including coordinating workflows, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges as they arise. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to prioritize duties effectively, maintain high standards of performance, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability are essential, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and accountability in all undertakings.

Provide support throughout the procurement cycle by identifying potential suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing, and executing purchase orders as required.

Oversee inventory management functions, such as tracking stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment, and validating inventory accuracy.

Collaborate in evaluating demand forecasts and inventory data to enhance inventory replenishment strategies and prevent stock-outs.

Work closely with logistics partners to guarantee the on-time delivery of goods and materials, aligning with production schedules and customer expectations.

Assist in overseeing and documenting the progress of shipments by maintaining accurate status updates and addressing any logistical challenges or delays that may arise.

Maintain precise records and documentation for procurement, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Contribute to supply chain improvement projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and boosting efficiency.

Assist in data analysis and reporting initiatives to deliver valuable insights regarding supply chain performance and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to verify adherence to established quality standards and service level agreements.

Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the supply chain team by managing data entry tasks, organizing and maintaining filing systems, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development.
