Harley’s Limited is seeking a Team Leader for its Dermocosmetics line within the Consumer Health business unit. Candidates must possess a minimum of eight years of experience in dermocosmetics sales and two years of demonstrated leadership experience.

As a senior leader in this position, you will spearhead the sales team’s efforts to enhance sales performance, profitability, and market share for Harley’s products with efficiency and precision. Additionally, you will chart the strategic course for both the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with and achievement of key business objectives.

Oversee a diverse array of critical duties, ensuring seamless execution of tasks aligned with organizational objectives. Service Excellence: Foster a robust corporate image and cultivate stakeholder relationships with physicians, pharmacies, distributors, and Ministry of Health officials, while guiding and motivating the team to consistently achieve service excellence benchmarks.

Support the formulation of market strategy, pinpoint avenues for growth, and oversee the complete implementation of product marketing initiatives, campaigns, and customer coverage plans.

Sales professionals will be responsible for driving both revenue growth and profitability by consistently meeting sales targets, implementing strategic monthly sales plans, and collaborating closely with Category and Sales teams to ensure seamless and timely product launches.

Ensures strict compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, standard operating procedures, and audit requirements.

Stock Control: Maintain adequate inventory levels across all supply chain tiers to meet operational demands. Collaborate with Category teams to facilitate the prompt processing of purchase orders in accordance with established lead times.

Demonstrate a proactive approach, resilience, and adaptability by embracing change and supporting various finance or accounting tasks as directed by management to align with shifting business priorities.
