The Centre for Innovative Leadership & Governance, (CLIG) is a unique Centre that provides Leadership and Mentorship opportunities to upcoming leaders and senior managers. CLIG seeks to hire a proactive, creative, and highly organized Training Administrative Assistant to handle programmes coordination, office operations, communication, and marketing activities for our Leadership Training Programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the continuous functioning of office activities and ensure seamless daily operations.

Schedule and manage meetings and subsequent follow-up actions to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.

Oversee all office communications and manage correspondence to ensure efficient information flow and professional interactions.

Develop and implement market strategies to actively recruit participants, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing engagement.

Compile presentations, reports, and research documents to support organizational decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Facilitate the oversight and operational maintenance of digital communication platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills are essential. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Knowledge of project management software is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, administration, or an equivalent discipline is required.

A Master’s degree would be advantageous.

A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a related field is required for consideration.

Proven proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential.

Highly proficient in strategic marketing, with a proactive mindset and a strong capacity for innovative thinking.

Required are strong competencies in Microsoft Office applications as well as design and publishing software.

Strong proficiency in digital communication strategies and the management of websites and social media platforms is required.
