CLIP is actively recruiting a proactive, innovative, and meticulously organized Training Administrative Assistant to manage program coordination, office operations, communication, and marketing initiatives for our Leadership Training Programs.

Oversee a comprehensive set of critical duties encompassing core operational functions, strategic initiatives, and cross-departmental coordination to drive organizational success. Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory standards. Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal data to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader company vision, ensuring seamless integration of resources and priorities. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and optimize expenditures to maximize return on investment while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Oversee the daily administrative functions and workflow of the office environment to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

Facilitate the scheduling and organization of meetings, as well as ensure timely follow-up communications are conducted.

Oversee all office communication and correspondence to ensure efficient and professional handling of information flow within the organization.

Develop and execute market programs to enhance participant recruitment efforts, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational objectives.

Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and research materials.

Assist in the administration and optimization of digital communication channels to ensure seamless operations and effective engagement.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics, coupled with at least three years of hands-on experience in project management, software development, or a closely related discipline. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal applicant will demonstrate leadership qualities, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

A bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

A Master’s degree will be considered a significant asset.

Minimum of three years of professional experience in a related field is required.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Exceptional marketing skills, proactive approach, and innovative thinking are required for success in this role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and design/publishing tools.

Must possess practical skills in digital communication and the ability to manage websites and social media platforms effectively.

Relocating to Ru aka, Nairobi, Kenya, the selected candidate will operate from this strategic hub.

The position requires a full-time commitment, with work scheduled exclusively from Monday through Friday.
