Overseeing and ensuring accountability in the following primary areas:

• Acting as the principal liaison between the organization and key stakeholders, including governmental bodies, regulatory agencies, and industry partners.

Financial accounting and treasury functions involve managing and reporting on the company’s financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and optimizing liquidity and cash flow. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and overseeing internal controls. Additionally, the role entails cash management, liquidity planning, risk assessment, and strategic financial decision-making to support the organization’s financial health and growth objectives.

Supports finance team members by conducting thorough reviews of documentation to verify its accuracy and completeness during the invoice reconciliation process on the ProS ave platform.

Compiles and submits Mesa Payment Vouchers for authorization and subsequent processing.

The finance team receives support in document filing and archiving to maintain the security of financial records and facilitate efficient retrieval.

Compiles the General Ledger and Cash Offline Spreadsheets (PLACES), maintaining precision in charge code entries.

Assists in performing monthly bank reconciliation procedures to ensure accurate financial records.

Assists in the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll statutory deductions for submission to regulatory authorities.

Compiles the General Ledger and a Cash Offline Spreadsheet in preparation for entry into the financial system.

Finance documents must be archived in the Document Management System (DMS) promptly and consistently to ensure compliance and accessibility.

Conducts weekly reconciliations of individual accounts or balance sheet accounts, compiling detailed schedules for submission to the Finance Officer for review.

Compiles and processes adjustment and reallocation journals to ensure accurate financial entries and alignment with organizational standards.

Collaborates effectively with audit-related tasks and requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Ensures adherence to SCI protocols and regulatory standards in the routine performance of job duties.

Performs additional assignments as directed by the supervisor when required.

Others

Manually processing payments in Pro-Save and verifying their approval for disbursement.

Assist in the meticulous organization and storage of financial supporting documents to ensure proper archiving.
