Job Purpose:

Our client is in search of a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to spearhead travel sales initiatives, focusing on acquiring and nurturing relationships with institutional, corporate, and NGO clients.

Overseeing a comprehensive range of duties, this position encompasses critical tasks such as managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Additionally, the role involves conducting thorough evaluations of workflows, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and implementing strategic solutions to optimize productivity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams remains essential to align objectives and foster a cohesive work environment. The incumbent will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, preparing detailed reports, and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and strategic outreach initiatives.

Develop and nurture robust connections with pivotal stakeholders and influential decision-makers to foster collaboration and drive strategic outcomes.

Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies designed to consistently meet and surpass established revenue goals.

Craft engaging sales presentations and proposals specifically designed to align with each client’s unique requirements.

Oversee the complete sales process, encompassing lead generation, deal closure, and post-sales assistance.

Develop and sustain a current sales pipeline while generating and distributing periodic reports to track sales performance.

You will participate in industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to foster relationships and expand business opportunities.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is required, as is the capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities are also necessary to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

A bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is required.

With a minimum of three years of experience in sales, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or a comparable sector, candidates should possess a proven track record in driving revenue and building client relationships.

Demonstrates a strong history of success in B2B sales while consistently meeting or exceeding performance objectives.

A highly motivated and proactive professional who can work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Individuals should possess demonstrated expertise in engaging with organizations, ranging from academic institutions to corporate entities.

Proven expertise in cultivating business relationships and expanding professional networks.

Customer-oriented with a collaborative sales methodology, prioritizing client needs and delivering tailored solutions through active listening and strategic engagement.
