Job Purpose:
A dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive is required by our Client to enhance travel sales through the acquisition and stewardship of institutional, corporate, and NGO clients.
Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks to ensure operational excellence, including managing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and implementing strategic initiatives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to align objectives, streamline processes, and drive productivity. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed. Serve as a primary liaison for stakeholders, providing updates, resolving escalations, and fostering transparent communication. Key qualifications include a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
