Deliverables

We will compile an inception report following a comprehensive desk review, and subsequently develop a detailed action plan to guide project implementation.

Conducted comprehensive evaluations of needs assessment reports identifying critical gaps, establish priority areas, and develop sustainable solutions.

Based on these insights, customized, scalable models will be developed for Kenya and extended to other ENI countries.

A presentation to validate key stakeholder requirements and expectations is required.

Upon integration into the Kenya Tox and Poisoning Emergencies proposal, comprehensive budget notes will be prepared to ensure fiscal transparency and accountability throughout the project’s implementation.
