KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development and execution of technology training initiatives to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill enhancement among participants.
Oversee the establishment and maintenance of training collaborations and oversee the certification procedures.
Assist in the management and maintenance of the e-learning and Learning Management System (LMS) infrastructure.
Assist in designing and implementing innovative technology training and academic programs.

Assist in the marketing and promotional efforts for training programs to enhance their visibility and attract potential participants.

Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, execute, and oversee ICT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivery timelines.

Proficiency in cybersecurity principles, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cloud computing technologies is required.
Individuals should possess practical experience in the development and management of digital learning programs using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Possesses a solid grasp of recognized ICT certification frameworks within the professional domain.
Effective interpersonal communication, talent for cross-functional coordination, and proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders are essential.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration platforms is required.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining meticulous organization, and effectively managing records are essential requirements for this role.
