Role Purpose
The incumbent will facilitate the company’s digital transformation objectives by delivering technical and operational assistance across key functions within the BTS department, such as cloud infrastructure management, enterprise architecture design, business application support, quality assurance, and innovation through J-Hub initiatives. Responsible for addressing low-to-medium complexity assignments, the role will help alleviate backlogs, enhance response times, and contribute to the development of a pipeline of emerging talent. Additionally, the position will drive innovation and safeguard institutional knowledge to ensure sustained operational excellence.
Applicants must possess the appropriate academic credentials and relevant professional experience to be considered for this position.
A recognized institution must award a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Architecture, Business Information Systems, Software Development, Design, Innovation Management, UX/UI, or a closely related field.
A solid grasp of key technologies is essential, including cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as monitoring tools, architectural best practices, and diagramming solutions such as Vision or Lucid chart. Proficiency in application testing tools like Jira, data management techniques, and UI/UX design platforms such as Figma or Adobe XD is also required. Additionally, experience with prototyping and user research methodologies should be demonstrated.
Possessing expertise in AI/ML, particularly through coursework in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, would be advantageous.
Proficient understanding of fundamental concepts in Data Science, Deep Learning, or Neural Networks is required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for delivering outstanding user support and maintaining meticulous documentation standards.
Attention to detail is essential for managing data accurately and ensuring workflows are mapped with precision.
