Job Summary

As a Domain Consultant specializing in network security transformation, you deliver technical expertise and strategic guidance to support customers throughout their network security and zero trust initiatives. Your role is pivotal in designing and implementing robust technical solutions that align with and safeguard a customer’s critical business priorities. You champion Palo Alto Networks’ position as an industry leader in on-premises, cloud, and security services, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted cybersecurity partner for customers.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align projects with company goals, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor financial performance to maintain fiscal responsibility while driving growth. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and compliance with industry standards. Lead performance evaluations, talent development initiatives, and workforce optimization to cultivate a high-performing team. Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and staff, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with corporate vision. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and key performance indicators to inform data-driven decision-making and strategic adjustments.

Partner with sales departments to design and implement tailored customer solutions aligned with your specific area of expertise.

As a trusted advisor, engage with customers across all organizational levels, from individual practitioners to top-tier executives.

Deliver and facilitate customer demonstrations that effectively highlight our distinctive value proposition, ensuring engagement and clarity throughout each presentation.

Ensures the successful completion of Technical Validation projects for prospective customers and partners, employing best practices to secure technical victories in designated opportunities.

Design and implement innovative solutions aimed at enhancing and streamlining our customers’ security frameworks, thereby fortifying their overall security stance.

Develop comprehensive high-level designs and articulate critical use cases to facilitate the effective deployment and successful value delivery of Palo Alto Networks solutions.

Facilitate discussions regarding current industry trends and evolving shifts within the security landscape.

Responsible for analyzing and communicating how products meet customer needs while emphasizing unique value propositions to differentiate them from competitors.

As the primary technical liaison for Network Security, you will provide assistance and work collaboratively to address RBIs/RFPs, positioning Palo Alto Networks or partner-delivered services where appropriate to ensure seamless implementation and maximize the value derived from Palo Alto Networks solutions.

With a strong foundation in market intelligence, effectively articulate the advantages of our offerings compared to competitive alternatives, positioning them as the premier choice for potential clients.

Qualifications

Your Experience

Professional candidates will possess a proven track record in pre-sales or sales engineering roles, with a strong emphasis on Zero Trust architecture, networking solutions, network security frameworks, SaaS security implementations, or SSE/SASE technologies.

Proven ability to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues skillfully.

Proficiency in customer service, coupled with a proven ability to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a proactive approach to challenges, is essential.

Proficient knowledge of Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), network security principles, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASE), proxy solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) strategies is required.

Proficient in both On-Premise and Cloud-Delivered Network Security Technologies, with extensive expertise in their implementation and management to safeguard digital infrastructures.
