We are in search of an enthusiastic and outcome-focused Talent Acquisition Supervisor to direct and manage recruitment initiatives. This position involves overseeing the complete hiring lifecycle, providing leadership to a team of recruiters, and guaranteeing the acquisition of top-tier talent that meets organizational requirements.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, overseeing project timelines and ensuring adherence to established budgets, conducting performance evaluations for team members to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and maintaining robust communication channels with stakeholders to align business objectives with project deliverables. Additionally, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex challenges, monitor industry trends to inform strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Direct the Talent Acquisition team with a focus on achieving established hiring targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Craft and implement strategic recruitment initiatives designed to identify and engage exceptional candidates.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment initiatives, encompassing job requisition through to the offer phase, ensuring alignment with organizational staffing needs and strategic objectives.

Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of workforce requirements.

Track and monitor key recruitment metrics—such as time-to-fill and quality of hire—to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement, ensuring ongoing optimization of the hiring process.

Foster a constructive and engaging candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies as well as all applicable local labor laws and regulations.

Deliver guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight to recruiters to enhance their effectiveness and productivity.

Requirements

A minimum of two years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Supervisor capacity or an equivalent leadership position is required.

Successfully led recruitment teams in the past, demonstrating a strong track record of effective team leadership and management.

Fluent English skills are a prerequisite for this position.

Exceptional leadership capabilities, clear and persuasive communication, and meticulous organizational skills are required.

Thrives in dynamic, high-pressure settings with a strong focus on meeting ambitious targets and deadlines.

Able to commit to a full-time work schedule.

Preferred Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or business administration, along with a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a similar role. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in project management methodologies, proficiency in relevant software tools, and strong analytical skills. Additional desirable qualifications encompass leadership experience, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is also highly valued.

Seeking candidates with a proven background in high-volume or regional recruitment initiatives.

Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.

Proven ability to analyze recruitment data effectively, along with a strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
