We are in search of a dynamic, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Supervisor to spearhead and manage recruitment operations. This position entails overseeing the complete hiring lifecycle, directing a team of recruiters, and guaranteeing the acquisition of top-tier talent that meets organizational objectives.

Oversee a range of critical operational duties, including the management of daily workflows, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and fostering productive relationships. Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance productivity and professional development while ensuring compliance with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Oversee and guide the Talent Acquisition team to consistently achieve established hiring targets and key performance indicators.

Devise and implement strategic recruitment initiatives aimed at securing high-caliber candidates.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, beginning with job requisition and culminating in the offer stage.

Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to gain comprehensive insights into workforce requirements.

Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, then leverage these insights to implement enhancements and foster ongoing improvements in the hiring process.

Foster an exceptional candidate journey by maintaining a supportive and engaging environment at every stage of recruitment.

Ensure adherence to corporate policies and applicable local labor laws at all times.

Deliver mentorship, instructional sessions, and oversight of recruiter performance to enhance effectiveness and productivity.

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, coupled with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The position demands meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. Prior leadership or project management experience is highly advantageous.

A minimum of two years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Supervisor capacity or an equivalent leadership position is required.

Demonstrates a track record of effectively leading and overseeing recruitment teams.

Fluent English language skills are essential for this position.

Exceptional leadership abilities, outstanding communication proficiency, and meticulous organizational talents are essential for this role.
