Conduct educational workshops and enhancement programs for employees and relevant stakeholders to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Develop monitoring frameworks with sensitivity to gender and disability considerations.
Develop comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing and expanding inclusive programming initiatives.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with three years of relevant experience in software development or a comparable role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is required, along with expertise in software design, debugging, and testing methodologies. The ideal applicant must possess strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate within a team setting. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control systems, and cloud platforms is highly advantageous. Additionally, prior experience with full-stack development, databases, or DevOps practices will be considered a significant asset.
A relevant academic background in Gender Studies, Social Development, Sociology, Disability Studies, Development Studies, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
