Develop strategic alliances within the sector to mitigate portfolio risk.
Facilitate the successful implementation of joint initiatives between the Social Impact department or Commercial teams and energy and environmental conservation partners.
Facilitate the implementation of initiatives collaboratively developed by the Social Impact department or Commercial sector in partnership with WASH organizations.
Collaborate with the pillar lead to ensure seamless alignment and effective management of the Pillar’s projects across each sector, while maintaining a strong connection to the Bank’s strategic goal of fostering business expansion.
Collaborating effectively with the pillar lead and Programs Manager, you will craft compelling project proposals and design tracking tools to ensure precise and timely impact monitoring reports.
Facilitate and strengthen market connections, information sharing, and financial linkages to foster the growth of business networks within the energy ecosystem, thereby enhancing collaboration and synergy among stakeholders.
Facilitating connections between energy partners and targeted sectors or individuals to enhance service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and participate in ESG related Capacity Building activities for Equity staff, partners and customers.
Enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the EEC pillar to ensure its seamless integration and optimal performance.

Qualifications
