Role Summary

Deliver a comprehensive, inclusive, and adaptive learning program for students that aligns with the national curriculum, the school’s mission, and established curriculum policies. Demonstrate dedication to fostering the school’s ethos and core values to uphold exceptional educational quality, optimize resource utilization, and elevate learning outcomes and academic success for every student. Track and facilitate the holistic progress and growth of all students.

Oversee and execute key operational duties to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies that align with company objectives and drive sustainable growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and achieve departmental targets. Lead initiatives that optimize resource allocation, minimize waste, and maximize return on investment. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend data-driven solutions to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and maintain high standards of governance. Serve as a liaison between senior management and frontline staff to facilitate clear communication and alignment of priorities.

To craft and present engaging, high-quality lessons that fully align with the school’s established vision and mission.

Deliver instruction primarily in the designated subject area across various class levels and student ability levels, aligning with established schemes of work and assessment frameworks while adhering to recording and reporting protocols.

In this role, you will design and implement programs tailored to the unique needs, abilities, and interests of learners, utilizing diverse instructional strategies and multimedia resources to maximize engagement and effectiveness.

Assessing student progress consistently over the academic year to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their development and achievements.

Collaborate with faculty members and colleagues to design suitable educational resources and comprehensive lesson plans.

Collaborate in maintaining a secure, supportive, and orderly environment for every student within the school community.

Assisting students who face academic challenges or difficulty in comprehending the material to ensure they catch up with their peers.

Perform assigned supervisory responsibilities in alignment with the established schedule.

Attend collaborative sessions with parents and fellow educators to discuss various facets of your instructional responsibilities.

The requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Education.

Minimum of three years of professional teaching experience is required.

Applicants must hold a valid registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
