This executive position seeks a seasoned sales leader with a demonstrated history of driving revenue expansion, cultivating high-achieving teams, and fostering robust partnerships throughout the healthcare sector.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including the management of daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high standards of performance. Lead and mentor teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment, while monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across all functional areas. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and achieve shared objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to uphold accountability and mitigate risks.

Design and implement tailored regional sales strategies aimed at maximizing revenue generation and enhancing profitability.

Explore and establish new business prospects spanning B2B and B2C markets.

Foster and enhance partnerships with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare providers, corporate entities, and key stakeholders.

Direct, develop, and inspire a regional sales team to consistently meet and exceed established targets.

Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at acquiring new customers, fostering long-term retention, and expanding existing account value.

Conduct ongoing evaluations of market dynamics, competitor strategies, and potential openings to facilitate strategic business growth initiatives.

We seek applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, coupled with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to foster collaboration and convey complex ideas effectively. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies and possess a proven track record of delivering results within established timelines. Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance standards is also a necessity.

A Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field is preferred.

An MBA qualification is considered beneficial for candidates applying for this position.

With a minimum of seven years of experience in sales leadership roles,

Achieved consistent success in surpassing established business objectives, demonstrating a track record of exceeding performance expectations.

Accomplished in guiding teams and fostering productive relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities.

A background in healthcare diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, laboratory services, medical devices, or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
