Oversee the complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for all Emerging Markets entities spanning Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

Consolidate and deliver a comprehensive Emerging Markets management accounts package to the Group CFO, including detailed Profit & Loss statements, balance sheet analysis, cash flow breakdowns, and insightful variance explanations.

Oversee the reconciliation of intercompany balances across Emerging Markets entities and the central Group, verifying that all reconciliations are finalized before each reporting period concludes.

Oversee the statutory audit procedures for all Emerging Markets entities, serving as the principal point of contact with local audit firms.

Guarantee the precise and punctual filing of all local statutory financial statements in every applicable jurisdiction.

Demonstrates expertise in tax and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to diverse legal frameworks and regulatory standards.

Ensure adherence to tax obligations across Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), Rwanda Revenue Authority (ERA), and the applicable revenue authorities in South Sudan.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our Cash & Treasury Management operations, ensuring optimal liquidity, risk mitigation, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will manage daily cash positioning, forecast cash flows, and execute treasury transactions while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include optimizing working capital, investing surplus funds, and managing banking relationships to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves analyzing financial risks, such as interest rate and currency fluctuations, and implementing hedging strategies as needed. Oversee the regional budgeting and re-forecasting processes in collaboration with the Group FP&A Manager and country-level operational leaders.
