Job Purpose

This position entails creating and refining engaging short-form video and photo content tailored for digital platforms. The role prioritizes streamlined content creation that supports brand narratives and aligns with current social media trends, ensuring both strong emotional engagement (fostering trust) and a clear call-to-action (such as appointment bookings, service promotion, or virtual clinic adoption).

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties including managing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational objectives. Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with company goals, ensuring seamless integration across departments. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying innovative solutions and optimizing processes. Conduct regular evaluations to assess team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and collective growth. Serve as a key liaison between executive management and operational staff, facilitating clear communication and alignment. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while upholding the highest standards of quality and accountability.

Plan and coordinate both short-form and long-form video productions, overseeing all stages from conceptualization to final execution.

Responsibilities include configuring and managing camera equipment, adjusting lighting arrangements to achieve optimal visual conditions, and ensuring audio systems are properly calibrated for clear sound capture.

Capture a diverse range of content, encompassing both meticulously planned and impromptu material.

Produce concise videos for editing, ensuring all visual and auditory elements are refined for optimal engagement. Collaborate with creators to align edits with project goals, maintaining brand consistency and storytelling flow. Review raw footage meticulously to identify key moments, trim unnecessary segments, and enhance pacing for maximum impact. Apply color correction, audio adjustments, and motion graphics as needed to elevate production quality. Meet deadlines consistently while adhering to style guidelines and client feedback.

Incorporate captions, seamless transitions, and trending audio elements into content to enhance engagement and accessibility.

Ensure uniformity and cohesion in visual branding across all platforms and materials.

The videos must be exported in formats tailored to specific platforms.

Organize and oversee media files and backup systems to ensure orderly storage and data integrity.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for producing and completing all agreed-upon deliverables within established timelines and quality standards. This includes ensuring thorough documentation, accurate reporting, and adherence to project requirements throughout each phase of execution. You must demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables efficiently while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to confirm deliverables meet their expectations. Additionally, the position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential risks or obstacles that could impact the timely completion of deliverables and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Crafting between 12 and 20 edited videos monthly, the selected candidate will ensure consistent, high-quality while meeting project deadlines.

The role involves conducting 2 to 4 shoot days each month.

Efficiently execute rapid revisions on trend-driven material to ensure timely publication and audience engagement.

*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, and equivalent practical experience may be considered; strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ are essential. Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and system design is necessary. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines are highly valued. Excellent problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and communication skills are critical for success in this role. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.*

A diploma serves as the minimum educational prerequisite for this role.

Seasoned expertise in videography and editing, with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience, is essential.

A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work is essential, including documentary or narrative-driven content, brand and corporate video production, as well as engaging social media reels.

Skilled in utilizing Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent software platforms is required.

Possess a professional-grade camera or a high-end smartphone capable of capturing high-quality images and videos.

Demonstrates a foundational knowledge of evolving social media content trends.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to manage time efficiently and consistently meets deadlines with unwavering dependability.

Professional candidates with prior experience in healthcare, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), or mission-driven brands will receive preferential consideration.
