Responsibilities include performing ongoing maintenance and servicing of all departmental equipment, as outlined in the respective equipment manuals, to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
To oversee the proper maintenance of all hotel vehicles and manage car log books, including the distribution of car keys, tracking damages, and recording kilometers driven daily.
Stay informed about upcoming scheduled functions, group arrivals, VIP visits, and special events.
You must demonstrate the ability to adapt your schedule to accommodate any time of day or night, ensuring seamless coordination of security protocols for cases necessitating specialized attention and handling.
