Reporting directly to the Head of Training, the Training Administrator will provide essential support to the training department by organizing, scheduling, and overseeing training programs for flight crew, cabin crew, and ground personnel. Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of responsibilities encompassing the planning, coordination, and management of key projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Plan and organize training sessions for pilots, cabin crew, and operational staff.
Maintain training calendars with precision and ensure schedules are communicated promptly and clearly.
Collaborate with instructors, trainees, and outside training partners to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all training initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in accordance with aviation authority regulations.
Verify that all certifications, licenses, and recurring training records remain current and compliant.
Develop and compile comprehensive reports to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory inspections.
Oversee the preparation, organization, and maintenance of all training-related documentation, such as attendance logs, evaluation reports, and participant feedback records.
Oversee all aspects of training logistics, from securing suitable venues and arranging necessary equipment to preparing and distributing training materials.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics, is required for this role. Candidates should possess at least three years of professional experience in a related discipline, with proficiency in key technical tools and methodologies. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey complex information effectively. Familiarity with industry standards and compliance regulations is also a must. A valid flight operations license, encompassing either a dispatch or flight crew license, is required.
