Job Purpose
You will create and curate compelling short-form video and photo content for digital channels, ensuring high production standards and alignment with brand narratives and current social media trends. Requires expertise in setting up and adjusting audiovisual gear to achieve desired technical and creative outcomes. Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and troubleshooting common issues is essential. Collaboration with production teams to align technical setups with project objectives is expected.
Capture a diverse range of content, including both meticulously planned data and unstructured, real-time moments.
Edit short-form videos produced
Add engaging captions, smooth transitions, and relevant trending audio to enhance viewer engagement and content quality.
Ensure consistent visual branding
Export videos in formats optimized for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and adherence to each platform’s technical specifications.
Organize and maintain media files in a structured manner while ensuring all backups are current and secure.
Responsibilities include producing and submitting all required deliverables in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring they meet established quality standards and are delivered in accordance with project timelines. The role demands strict adherence to predefined specifications while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to confirm expectations and validate deliverables. Additionally, the position requires thorough documentation of all completed work to support review, approval, and future reference processes.
12 to 20 edited videos are produced monthly, requiring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to project timelines.
We conduct two to four shoot days each month, depending on project requirements and scheduling demands.

Demonstrated expertise in video editing software such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or comparable platforms is required.
Possesses or has access to professional-grade equipment, such as a dedicated camera or a high-end smartphone capable of capturing high-resolution images and videos.
Possesses foundational knowledge of current social media content trends, including but not limited to viral formats, platform-specific algorithms, and audience engagement strategies. Familiarity with emerging digital trends and the ability to adapt content accordingly are required.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and consistently fulfill commitments with unwavering dependability.
Proficiency in collaborating with healthcare organizations, non-governmental entities, or brands driven by a social mission would be considered a valuable asset.
