Secondary Packing Operations involves overseeing and executing the final stages of product packaging to ensure items are prepared for distribution and retail. Responsibilities include inspecting load stability, verifying proper labeling, and ensuring cleanliness in storage areas, while upholding food safety and sanitation practices in alignment with industry regulations.

Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations. Verify the precision of data entry, track transactions, and archive files systematically for easy retrieval. Prepare and submit reports as required, and collaborate with other departments to validate information. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in record-keeping software, and adherence to confidentiality protocols are essential.
