These facilities are at different stages of implementation, requiring tailored technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

This role involves precise assembly, alignment, and connection of tank components while adhering to strict industry regulations and safety protocols. Candidates must possess hands-on experience with cryogenic equipment and a thorough understanding of pressure vessel installation standards. Responsibilities include verifying structural integrity, performing leak tests, and ensuring all connections meet operational specifications.
Oversee the installation and deployment of cryogenic liquid oxygen storage tanks, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and best practices throughout the process.
Oversee the installation of medical oxygen cryogenic tanks, vaporizers, and control panels—including lifting, positioning, anchoring, and interconnecting with existing pipelines—within healthcare facilities.
To guarantee the proper operation of safety relief valves, pressure gauges, level indicators, and isolation valves.
Oversee the correct installation of medical oxygen pipeline systems to ensure full compliance with the specifications outlined in Health Technical Memorandum 01-UK within healthcare environments.
Liaise with biomedical and engineering personnel at the facility throughout the installation process to ensure seamless collaboration.
The process entails the completion of commissioning activities and the subsequent handover of the project to the client, ensuring all systems and components are operational and meet the specified requirements. This phase involves thorough testing, validation, and documentation to confirm compliance with contractual obligations, performance standards, and regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, addressing any deficiencies, and providing comprehensive training to the client’s personnel on system operation and maintenance. The ultimate goal is to facilitate a seamless transition, ensuring the client can effectively utilize the delivered solution while minimizing operational disruptions.
Facilitate the commissioning process by overseeing the initial fill, conducting leak and pressure testing, and performing functional checks of the LOX system.

Proven expertise in the installation of cryogenic liquid oxygen (LOX) storage tanks, encompassing site preparation, tank positioning, securing with anchoring systems, and integration with vaporizer and pipeline infrastructure.
Proven expertise in constructing and installing medical gas pipeline systems (MGPS) within healthcare facilities, encompassing copper piping, zone valve boxes, area alarm panels, and terminal unit outlets.
Proficiency in pressure testing, leak detection, and commissioning methods is required for both cryogenic liquid oxygen (LOX) systems and medical gas pipeline networks.
