Role Description

The Sales Manager position is a full-time, on-site opportunity situated within Nairobi County, Kenya.

This position entails spearheading sales expansion within both current and new franchise locations, which involves establishing and overseeing sales objectives, evaluating performance metrics, and deploying initiatives to boost revenue and market reach.

The Sales Manager will oversee and mentor a sales team, deliver consistent onsite support, and cultivate robust partnerships with franchise associates and critical stakeholders.

The position entails analyzing sales data on a daily basis, compiling comprehensive reports, and collaborating with supply chain and operations teams to drive efficiency. Additionally, the role supports the implementation of new products or promotional initiatives, conducts thorough market research, and uncovers growth opportunities in rural and peri-urban markets. A key responsibility includes ensuring all sales activities remain aligned with Wing’s strategic objectives and core values.

Demonstrates a readiness to undertake regular travel throughout Kenya to assist franchise locations and drive sales initiatives.
