Oversee and execute a diverse range of critical duties central to the role, including leading strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence throughout all business processes. Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and departmental teams, fostering collaboration and alignment to drive organizational goals forward. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency, accountability, and productivity within the team and across the organization. Monitor industry trends, assess competitive landscapes, and recommend innovative solutions to maintain the company’s position as a market leader. Additionally, prepare comprehensive reports on key performance indicators, financial outcomes, and project milestones to inform executive decision-making and strategic planning.

Prospect and promote Sacco products and services to potential members.

Identify and engage potential candidates to expand membership while guiding them through the account setup procedures.

Facilitate the collection of member deposits and assist in the implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing account funding.

Explore and capitalize on emerging business prospects across designated territories to drive growth and expand market presence.

Develop and nurture robust professional relationships with existing members as well as prospective clients.

Lead engaging product demonstrations and facilitate informative customer education workshops to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective utilization of offerings.

Prospects should be pursued, cultivated, and successfully transitioned into engaged members of the organization.

Collect and analyze market intelligence to assess customer requirements and competitor actions, then deliver actionable feedback to relevant stakeholders.

Compile and distribute comprehensive sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure accurate and timely data tracking for stakeholders.

Consistently meet or exceed predetermined sales quotas and membership expansion objectives assigned to your territory.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with three years of experience in software development or a comparable role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, as is expertise in database management and system architecture. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach are also necessary. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems is preferred.

A diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a comparable discipline is required.

A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline is highly advantageous.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and possessing strong general computer skills.

A minimum of six months of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a comparable professional field is required.

Exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal dynamics is essential for success in this role.

Proven capability to operate autonomously while consistently achieving desired outcomes with minimal oversight.

Demonstrates unwavering integrity, a strong commitment to professionalism, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Must maintain a professional appearance in strict accordance with the organization’s dress code and established standards of professionalism.
