JOB SUMMARY

The BDE – Recruitment & Placement Services will function as a strategic leader in organizational expansion, responsible for uncovering fresh recruitment and placement service prospects, fostering enduring client partnerships, and ensuring commercial initiatives align with the company’s overarching strategic vision.

The role will concentrate on driving revenue growth and cultivating lasting partnerships.

The incumbent will be tasked with developing and refining value propositions aimed at securing a sustainable competitive edge over time.

The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate initiative, motivation, and exceptional communication abilities. Prior experience in a comparable role, along with practical expertise in onboarding both local and international clients for recruitment and placement services, is highly advantageous.

Oversee a comprehensive range of responsibilities encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance. Monitor departmental activities, analyze key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration while managing resources, budgets, and stakeholder relationships effectively. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal guidelines through diligent oversight and proactive risk management. Lead and mentor teams to cultivate talent, optimize workflows, and achieve measurable results in alignment with the company’s mission and vision.

By conducting thorough investigations into market dynamics, competitor strategies, and client demands, uncover fresh business prospects and cultivate growth opportunities.

Devise and implement robust business development initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational growth and maximizing profitability.

Develop and nurture robust connections with critical stakeholders, prospective clients, and strategic industry partners to foster mutually beneficial collaborations and long-term partnerships.

Drive the complete sales lifecycle, encompassing proactive prospecting, compelling pitches, strategic negotiation, and successful deal closure.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to develop customized solutions for prospective clients.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive business proposals, RFPs, and compelling presentations designed to engage senior leadership and key client decision-makers effectively.

Stay informed of industry trends and advancements to uncover strategic opportunities for expansion and innovative solutions.

Construct and sustain a strong sales pipeline designed to monitor advancements and assess key performance indicators.

Serve as the organization’s ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, fostering brand visibility and cultivating meaningful professional relationships.
