In this position, you will spearhead the design, refinement, and implementation of Airport benefits initiatives, such as the newly launched Mastercard Collection fast-track lanes and Taste of Priceless venues. Your responsibilities will include overseeing strategic partnerships, securing innovative collaborations, and guaranteeing flawless coordination among product, service, and operational divisions. Additionally, you will be instrumental in maintaining Mastercard’s competitive edge within the Travel sector by ensuring pricing uniformity and distinctive value propositions.

Card Benefits Strategy & Development: Collaborate with pertinent product teams to conceptualize and implement benefits that elevate customer value while aligning with the overarching global Airport strategy.

As the main liaison for key strategic partners, you will negotiate and finalize agreements, conduct quarterly business reviews, and track performance against service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure alignment and accountability.
Ensure cohesive alignment of benefit initiatives by coordinating them across card product teams, embedding them within platform roadmaps, and establishing proper operational enablers for seamless execution.
