You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the product backlog for assigned products, collaborating closely with the Manager of Product Management and engineering leads to ensure priorities remain up to date, logically ordered, and clearly defined.
Monitor release timelines vigilantly, identify potential risks proactively, and uphold critical milestone deadlines across parallel workstreams.
Directly collaborate with field-based personnel, including Community Health Workers, supervisors, and program staff, to collect, record, and analyze feedback, transforming it into practical product enhancements.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, user flows, and interface specifications grounded in authentic user needs.
Facilitate sprint ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings, maintaining clarity and precision in the engineering team’s assigned tasks.
Facilitate comprehensive user acceptance testing procedures and oversee structured post-deployment feedback mechanisms for designated products.
Analyze and report on key product performance indicators, providing actionable insights to the Manager, Product Management to guide iteration strategies.
