Monitor release schedules vigilantly, identify potential risks proactively, and safeguard the timely progression of critical milestones across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Interact closely with frontline personnel, including Community Health Workers, supervisors, and program staff, to collect, record, and analyze feedback, transforming it into practical product enhancements.
Partner with UI/UX designers to craft wireframes, user flows, and interface specifications that are firmly rooted in authentic user requirements.
Facilitate sprint ceremonies such as refinement sessions, planning meetings, and retrospectives to provide the engineering team with clearly defined and well-structured tasks.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and oversee post-deployment feedback mechanisms for designated products.
Monitor product performance metrics and identify key insights to present to the Manager, Product Management, enabling data-driven iteration decisions.
Develop and maintain precise, succinct product documentation and regular status updates to ensure stakeholders remain apprised of developments.
Provide assistance to the Manager, Product Management in soliciting stakeholder input, collecting requirements, and facilitating collaboration across relevant teams as needed.
