We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee critical operational functions, ensuring seamless workflow, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with organizational objectives. The incumbent will manage key projects from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation. Analyze procurement bids to ascertain necessary specifications and leverage insights to enhance company performance. Establish and synchronize purchasing protocols tailored to individual accounts. Evaluate the therapeutic requirements of major accounts to pinpoint deficiencies and potential growth areas. Spearhead institutional communications amid currency volatility to implement price modifications while preserving client relationships. Gather and present pivotal sales data to aid strategic decision-making.

Market research is conducted to assess current and anticipated market needs for products. Competitors’ marketing initiatives are monitored and evaluated on an ongoing basis. Market trends and product performance are analyzed, and new product launches are supervised.

Stay abreast of emerging marketing and communication trends while cultivating and sustaining robust customer service relationships to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Demonstrate a commitment to service excellence by attending to the unique requirements of internal and external customers, as well as third parties, while ensuring timely resolution of requests in accordance with established service standards. Maintain high service levels that meet or exceed expectations and escalate any performance-related concerns to Management for prompt resolution.
