This is a full-time hybrid position for an Insurance Agent, based primarily in Mombasa with occasional opportunities for remote work. The Insurance Agent will be tasked with prospecting and securing new clients, delivering customized insurance solutions, nurturing existing client relationships, and upholding high standards of customer satisfaction. The role encompasses evaluating clients’ insurance requirements, advising on policy selections, facilitating policy renewals, and addressing inquiries related to insurance policies and claims. Additionally, Agents will contribute to the formulation and execution of sales strategies to achieve both individual and team objectives.

Qualifications

Skilled in insurance sales strategies, product offerings, and brokerage operations, with a deep understanding of the intricacies within the insurance industry.

Proficiency in financial principles and their practical application to insurance management is essential.

Demonstrates exceptional customer service capabilities, fostering lasting client relationships through clear communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and engage positively with others is essential.

Demonstrated capacity to operate autonomously while effectively navigating a hybrid work model.

Proficiency in the insurance or financial services sector would be beneficial.

A diploma or degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
