A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this position. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, or a closely related field is required.

A proven track record of at least five years in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is required, including a minimum of three years in a senior or leadership capacity within the M&E field.

Proven track record in implementing non-profit or NGO initiatives within on-the-ground environments, ideally within Kenya.

Accomplished expertise in overseeing and assessing performance metrics, with a focus on developing and optimizing frameworks for data collection and measurement methodologies.

Program teams receive assistance in leveraging data for purposes such as organizational learning, strategic decision-making, program adaptation, and donor reporting, ensuring evidence-based practices and outcomes.

Demonstrated expertise with statistical and analytical software, including SPSS, STATE, Excel, Power BI, or comparable systems, is essential.

Proficiency in utilizing mobile data collection platforms such as KoboToolbox, OK, Comm Care, or comparable systems is required.

Proficient in qualitative methodologies, with expertise in conducting interviews, crafting compelling narratives, and discerning nuanced insights beyond quantitative data.

Proficient in crafting comprehensive reports and conveying information with clarity and precision, you demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
