What you’ll do
Develop and enhance Laser fiche workflows, electronic forms, and operational processes to drive efficiency and improve workflow automation.
Automate workflows, task routing, and approval processes to enhance operational efficiency and ensure seamless task management across systems.
Integrate systems by leveraging SQL, APIs, and scripting technologies to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.
Configure metadata frameworks, establish security protocols, and design document architectures to ensure optimal organization and protection.
Diagnose problems and enhance current solutions to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
What you need
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in workflows or electronic forms systems, such as Laser fiche, DocuSign, Adobe, or comparable platforms.
We are seeking candidates with at least two years of practical experience utilizing Laser fiche, including its Workflow, Forms, and Admin Console components.
Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques is required.
Proven ability to analyze complex challenges and develop innovative, effective solutions efficiently. Demonstrates critical thinking and adaptability in resolving issues through systematic approaches and logical reasoning.
Proficient command of advanced English, both written and verbal, is essential to facilitate clear and effective interaction within an international team environment.
Nice to have
Proficiency in programming languages such as C or JavaScript, as well as familiarity with Software Development Kits (SDKs), is required.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Internet Information Services (IIS) is essential for this role.
Earning the LCP certification signifies a professional’s proficiency in leveraging cloud technologies to drive business transformation.
