About You
You possess extensive development expertise in Java, with a proven ability to architect and build software solutions from the ground up. As a logical and analytical thinker, you excel at problem-solving and are driven by the desire to leverage your technical skills to create meaningful contributions.
We seek applicants who possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also required, alongside a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with project management methodologies and adherence to compliance standards are additional prerequisites for consideration.
Requires a minimum of eight years of specialized experience in backend engineering, with a strong emphasis on JVM-based programming languages.
With a minimum of three years of proven leadership experience, you will have overseen a team of Java backend engineers, taking ownership of conducting team performance reviews.
Proficiency in Microservices architecture and hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure are required.
With a robust background in Java backend development, you bring deep expertise in leveraging the Spring framework alongside a diverse array of complementary Java-based tools and technologies.
A background in or familiarity with Salesforce CRM would be advantageous.
