We are in search of a dynamic and outcome-focused Talent Acquisition Supervisor to provide leadership and direction for our recruitment initiatives. This position entails overseeing the complete hiring lifecycle, mentoring a team of recruiters, and guaranteeing the acquisition of top-tier talent that meets organizational requirements.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties including but not limited to managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high standards of quality in deliverables. Additionally, the role requires conducting regular performance evaluations, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership, and spearheading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. The position demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.

Oversee and guide the Talent Acquisition team to consistently achieve established hiring targets and key performance indicators.

Formulate and implement strategic recruitment initiatives aimed at securing exceptional talent.

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, beginning with job requisition and concluding with the offer stage.

Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of workforce requirements and strategic staffing needs.

Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire while implementing ongoing enhancements to optimize hiring processes.

Facilitate a seamless and engaging candidate journey at every stage of the recruitment process.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies and all applicable local labor laws.

Deliver mentorship, instructional sessions, and performance oversight to recruitment personnel.

Candidates must fulfill certain prerequisites to be considered for this role. A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a related field is essential, complemented by a proven track record in project management and leadership. Proficiency in industry-specific tools and software is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are also necessary. Additionally, a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in a pertinent discipline is mandatory. Familiarity with current trends and best practices in the industry is expected to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Seeking candidates with at least two years of demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition Supervision or an equivalent leadership position.

Demonstrates a successful track record in leading and overseeing recruitment teams.

Fluent, professional-level command of the English language is a prerequisite for this position.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities are essential for this role.
