A distinguished hospitality organization seeks a seasoned HR Manager to supervise a full spectrum of human resources functions, including operational oversight, employee relations, talent acquisition, regulatory adherence, and strategic workforce management.

The position necessitates a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity within the same industry. Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools, such as CRM systems or data analytics platforms, is highly advantageous. Additionally, the role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is typically required, though equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
