Craft and execute human resources strategies, policies, and procedures that are fully aligned with the SACCO’s strategic plan, cooperative principles, and regulatory mandates set forth by SARA.

Offer strategic HR advisory services to Management and the Board, delivering insights through comprehensive reports, interactive dashboards, and well-prepared Committee and Board papers.

To spearhead workforce planning and succession planning efforts, ensuring sustainable talent pipelines and uninterrupted business operations.

Foster a culture of high performance, ethics, and member-centricity that fully aligns with the SACCO’s core values and established code of conduct.

Provide strategic oversight for leadership development, talent management, and succession planning initiatives to ensure organizational continuity and growth.

Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and operational managers regarding HR best practices, employee relations, and organizational change initiatives.

Ensure adherence to Kenyan labor laws, SARA guidelines, internal HR policies, and fit-and-proper requirements to maintain organizational compliance and regulatory alignment.

Drive impactful enhancements to HR processes, operational workflows, and employee engagement through steadfast commitment to continuous improvement initiatives.

Human Resource Supervision and Talent Administration encompass strategic planning, policy implementation, and operational coordination to ensure the effective management of personnel throughout the organization. This role involves developing and enforcing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, it requires analyzing workforce metrics, addressing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify system inefficiencies, and implement improvements that enhance data integrity and operational efficiency. Oversee the implementation and functionality of HR and Administration systems, including ERP, staff portal, and leave management systems, as well as automation initiatives.

Prepare and present regular HR and administrative reports tailored for management, relevant committees, and the board of directors.
