Our client, a leading hospitality organization, seeks a seasoned HR Manager to lead all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, recruitment, regulatory compliance, and workforce optimization.
The ideal candidate must meet several key qualifications to be considered for this position. A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a leadership role within a relevant industry is essential, along with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and team performance. Successful candidates must possess a minimum of four to six years of progressive experience in human resources management, demonstrating expertise in overseeing HR functions and leading strategic initiatives within a corporate environment.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in the hospitality, clubs, entertainment, or food and beverage (F&B) industry.
Proficient in Kenyan labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experienced in talent acquisition, integrating new hires, and optimizing employee performance.
Proven expertise in fostering positive employee relations and effectively mediating workplace conflicts.
Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management are essential competencies for this role. The position requires the ability to guide teams effectively, articulate ideas clearly, and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive project success.
Skilled in managing HR systems, processing payroll, and generating HR reports with precision and efficiency.
