Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering sustainable growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive project milestones through meticulous planning and resource allocation. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions where necessary to optimize efficiency and achieve key deliverables. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational staff, facilitating transparent communication and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating challenges, and proactively devising solutions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the estate and packhorse to ensure alignment with established production objectives and stringent quality benchmarks.

Deliver superior agronomic performance by overseeing crop management, implementing effective pest and disease control measures, and maximizing orchard productivity.

Oversee packhorse operations to ensure maximum pack-out rates and throughput while upholding export quality standards.

Develop, oversee, and manage financial budgets while closely tracking expenditures to ensure optimal cost efficiency throughout all operations.

Employ resources strategically to bolster and operational effectiveness, ensuring maximum utilization of available assets.

Ensures adherence to established company policies, fulfills audit requirements, and upholds corporate governance standards.

Ensure the upkeep of all estate infrastructure, assets, and field hygiene standards with consistent attention to detail.

Facilitate harmonious labor relations, uphold staff discipline, and oversee performance management initiatives.

Maintain strict compliance with established health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols.

Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by management.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong academic background and relevant professional experience. The ideal applicant will possess a degree in a related field, complemented by several years of hands-on experience in the industry. Prior roles should demonstrate expertise in key areas such as project management, technical proficiency, or leadership, depending on the specific position. Additionally, familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, or specialized tools may be essential. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are highly valued, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Agricultural or related discipline diploma or degree is required.

With at least five years of hands-on experience in field husbandry and packhorse management, you must also demonstrate proficiency in budget preparation, cost control, and financial management.

Demonstrates exceptional leadership and team management expertise alongside robust administrative proficiency and meticulous reporting abilities.

Accomplished operational and strategic planning capabilities are essential.

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal competencies, are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in engaging effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering collaborative working relationships, and conveying ideas with clarity and precision.

A strong dedication to ethical principles and adherence to corporate governance standards is essential.
