Additionally, the role requires proactive management and expansion of existing accounts to drive client satisfaction, ensure contract renewals, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Daily tasks include close collaboration with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions, monitoring sales performance against set targets, maintaining precise CRM documentation, and providing strategic market insights regarding customer preferences, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
