We are responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of new government advisory programs, commencing with opportunity identification and cultivating key relationships, progressing through proposal submission and strategic staffing, and culminating in the successful launch of the program.

Multilateral development finance institutions, including the World Bank, African Development Bank (AFDB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFA), should integrate digital agriculture solutions into their expansive funding programs.
Skilled professionals will collaborate with current PhD ecosystem partners to explore avenues for offering strategic guidance to governments and funders, particularly concerning the scaling of public digital agriculture initiatives.
Represent PhD in external engagements, creating compelling written materials and presentations to strengthen the evidence base and advocate for the organization’s government advisory model.
