Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations while maintaining an outstanding guest experience. This position involves supervising the daily internal workflow of the kitchen and restaurant, as well as spearheading the sales and planning of hotel events. The ideal candidate will skillfully forecast, strategize, coordinate, lead, manage, and assess all food and beverage operations to uphold efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Oversee a diverse range of operational tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established protocols while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align departmental objectives with organizational goals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and mitigate potential risks across all assigned responsibilities. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and resolving escalated issues promptly. Lead by example, mentoring junior staff and promoting professional growth through constructive feedback and targeted development opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while championing innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities and key job functions encompass, but are not limited to, the following:

Oversee all Food & Beverage operations and daily activities while adhering to budgetary constraints and maintaining the utmost standards of quality.

Maintain consistently high standards of service for both internal and external customers.

Deliver exceptional and memorable dining experiences for guests, whether they are dining at the restaurant or attending the hotel’s diverse range of events.

To safeguard profitability, implement stringent cost control measures while driving sales growth through heightened customer satisfaction and enhanced employee engagement initiatives.

Ensures the development, organization, and execution of comprehensive staff training initiatives across the department.

Comply with food safety regulations, monitor exceptional menu designs, coordinate the purchase of goods and continuously make necessary improvements

Assess customer requirements and promptly address any issues that arise throughout the service delivery process.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in relevant technical skills and proven experience in the field. The ideal applicant should possess exceptional analytical abilities, excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, and a track record of delivering high-quality results. Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software is essential, along with the capacity to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies. Additionally, the role requires a minimum of three years of hands-on experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving aptitude and a collaborative mindset are also highly valued.

Proven expertise in food and beverage management at a supervisory level or beyond is required, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, ideally within a three-star hotel or higher. A diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related discipline is also necessary.

Accomplished leadership with a proven track record in team management and strategic delegation. Adept at juggling diverse responsibilities while consistently achieving financial objectives.

Demonstrated proficiency in delivering outstanding customer service, paired with exceptional aptitude for resolving complex issues efficiently.

Exceptional ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills in building relationships and fostering a positive work environment.

Individuals should exhibit a strong enthusiasm for food and beverage, coupled with a current understanding of evolving industry trends.

Proficiency in beverage selection and service is a valuable asset.

Demonstrates outstanding capability in organizing tasks and effectively distributing responsibilities across teams.
