Oversee a range of critical duties central to the role, including managing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, innovation, and performance metrics. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, mitigate risks, and uphold compliance with industry standards and company policies. Additionally, mentor team members, foster a culture of accountability, and cultivate a collaborative work environment that supports professional growth and operational excellence.

Craft detailed investment strategies, conduct rigorous financial modeling, and assess comprehensive business cases to drive informed decision-making and optimize portfolio performance.

Perform comprehensive financial analysis encompassing forecasting, valuation, and risk assessment to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.

Evaluate potential investment prospects and assist in determining optimal capital allocation strategies.

Provide strategic guidance on portfolio management, funding frameworks, and financial efficiency enhancements.

Compile financial statements, design interactive dashboards, and conduct thorough evaluations of investment performance to provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.

Facilitate fundraising initiatives, cultivate relationships with donors, and, where relevant, manage interactions with investors to strengthen financial support and engagement.

Oversee adherence to applicable financial regulations, internal policies, and governance frameworks to maintain organizational integrity and mitigate risk exposure.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are necessary. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investment Management, or a closely related discipline is required, with a master’s degree considered advantageous.

A professional certification, such as CFA, CPA, ARCA, or an equivalent qualification, is considered a valuable asset.

Proven track record in financial analysis, investment appraisal, or corporate finance, with extensive hands-on experience in the field.

Demonstrates strong expertise in financial modeling, advanced Excel functionalities, and analytical software applications.

Having prior involvement in development initiatives, private sector investments, or donor-funded programs is highly beneficial.

Proficiency in conveying ideas clearly, analyzing complex information effectively, and making data-driven decisions with confidence is required.
