Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to uphold the integrity and reputation of the organization.

Ensure adherence to local statutory mandates and US GAAP, supervise month-end and year-end closing procedures, manage balance sheet reconciliations, and compile statutory financial statements.

Responsibilities include managing supplier onboarding, processing invoices and allocations, handling employee expense claims, administering corporate credit cards, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and employees.

Review and supervise the preparation and submission of VAT, WHT, WHAT, installment tax, and corporate tax returns, acting as the principal point of contact for tax authorities.

Oversee the organization and execution of both internal and external audits, collaborate effectively with external accounting firms, and maintain strict adherence to financial control and reporting standards.

Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, oversee asset tracking procedures, perform expense reviews, and enhance financial controls and governance processes.

Oversee intercompany invoicing and reconciliation processes, facilitate settlements in coordination with the netting center and regional finance teams, ensure compliance with withholding tax regulations, and generate payment files for processing.

As a qualified candidate, you will possess the essential expertise and credentials necessary for this role. Technical expertise in Microsoft Office, with a primary focus on Excel, and practical experience utilizing financial systems including SAP, Coup, or comparable ERP solutions.

Exceptional analytical capabilities are essential, enabling the interpretation of financial data, the identification of key issues, and the formulation of effective, practical solutions.

Demonstrated proficiency in communication and meticulous attention to detail, complemented by exceptional interpersonal skills, a dedication to precision, and the capacity to collaborate seamlessly with both internal teams and external partners.
