Job Purpose
This position collaborates closely with the Operations Officer to maintain optimal guard force performance by strategically deploying personnel, overseeing daily operations, enforcing discipline, tracking attendance digitally, and maintaining precise records. The incumbent will uphold high service standards, ensure seamless operational continuity, and guarantee adherence to corporate protocols across all assigned sites.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee and execute a diverse range of duties essential to operational success. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing key projects, ensuring adherence to established protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficient outcomes. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic initiatives, analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and maintaining meticulous records to support compliance and decision-making. Oversee and coordinate daily guard deployment to guarantee the completion of all assigned schedules.
Compile and oversee duty rosters, daily attendance records, off-duty schedules, and leave plans for all security personnel to ensure optimal staffing and operational efficiency.
You will maintain an accurate and current Suspended Off Register, overseeing its upkeep and ensuring prompt recovery actions are taken.
Daily verification of guard attendance is conducted through a combination of physical inspections and mandatory digital QR code scanning.
All guards are required to maintain valid name tags equipped with QR codes, which must be worn visibly and kept up-to-date at all times.
Ensure full digital compliance by conducting mandatory 100% scanning at all duty stations, off-duty locations, and patrol checkpoints.
Perform routine field supervision to ensure adherence to grooming, uniform standards, discipline, and operational readiness.
Ensure all guards are fully knowledgeable of and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures as well as any task-specific directives assigned to them.
Investigate, document, and resolve disciplinary cases at the assignment level while adhering to established company protocols.
Promptly refer all disciplinary matters to the Operations Officer and the Area Manager for appropriate resolution.
Deliver comprehensive support for ongoing investigations through the meticulous preparation of incident and disciplinary reports, ensuring factual accuracy and completeness.
Monitor assignment conditions vigilantly, promptly escalating any incidents, risks, or security concerns to the control room for immediate assessment and response.
Consistently engage with clients in your designated area to gather their input and promptly escalate any concerns for resolution.
Ensure service quality is upheld by guaranteeing that security personnel uphold professionalism and consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
Ensure the assigned motorbike is operated and maintained with due responsibility, performing routine checks to uphold its condition and immediately reporting any defects or malfunctions.
Maintain the cleanliness and quality of guards’ uniforms, QR tags, and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition and replaced promptly when required.
Maintain precise documentation such as deployment records, verification checklists, OB summaries, electronic logs, and client feedback forms.
Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Operations Officer in a timely manner.
Provide support for business continuity and emergency response efforts at the assignment level as directed.
Execute additional duties as directed by the Operations Officer or senior management to ensure seamless operational continuity and adherence to established protocols.
Sought-after candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least three years of professional experience in a related industry is required. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for success in this role. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is also required. Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Security Management, or an equivalent field is required.
A valid Class F and G riding license is required.
Demonstrates proficiency in relevant technical and functional competencies, including a strong grasp of industry-specific tools, methodologies, and best practices. Possesses a comprehensive understanding of core principles and their practical applications. Exhibits adept problem-solving abilities, enabling efficient resolution of complex challenges. Proficiency in operating digital tools, including QR scanning systems and reporting applications, is essential.

Proficiency in established security protocols, deployment methodologies, and regulatory policies is essential.
Seeking candidates with a proven track record in a relevant field, demonstrating at least five years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in key industry tools and methodologies is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Educational qualifications must include a degree in a related discipline, supplemented by certifications that enhance professional credibility. Additionally, familiarity with compliance regulations and best practices within the industry is required to ensure adherence to standards.
Five or more years of progressively increasing motorcycle riding experience is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory roles or managing guard forces is required.
