The Role
We seek to appoint a Headteacher who will provide visionary leadership to foster an exceptional learning environment, ensuring academic excellence and holistic student development. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, operational management, and cultivating a collaborative culture among staff, parents, and stakeholders. Key duties include overseeing curriculum standards, driving school improvement initiatives, managing budgets and resources, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role demands a commitment to inclusive practices, community engagement, and fostering a positive school ethos.

Inspire both pupils and staff through clear, compassionate, and purpose-driven leadership.
Advocate for and embody the school’s boarding ethos while fostering a dynamic extracurricular environment, guaranteeing that each student feels recognized, motivated, and nurtured.
Collaborate with the Pembroke House Council (the Board of Governors) to reinforce and advance the school’s strategic vision and long-term objectives.
