Within the scope of their assigned authority and subject to geographical constraints, a Driver at this level may assume the following responsibilities:
Drives vehicles with strict adherence to safety protocols while transporting authorized personnel.
Collects and transports mail, documents, and other materials to designated locations as required.
The individual greets official personnel upon arrival at the airport and assists with the necessary immigration and customs procedures.
The incumbent is responsible for the routine upkeep of assigned vehicles, including monitoring fluid levels (oil, water), inspecting battery functionality, evaluating brake performance, assessing tire condition, and conducting minor repairs. Additionally, they coordinate with service providers for any necessary repairs and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles at all times.
Records official travel itineraries, daily mileage logs, fuel consumption data, scheduled oil changes, greasing services, and related vehicle maintenance activities.
Ensures compliance with all applicable rules and regulations following any accident-related involvement.
Supports the gathering and evaluation of data and compiles it into informative presentations and reports to facilitate information sharing, address inquiries, enable knowledge management, and support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Supports the development and maintenance of visual representations and updates informational content, including web pages and brochures.
Executes additional responsibilities as directed.
Education
A high school diploma or its equivalent is a mandatory qualification for this position.

Professional driver training necessitates the possession of a valid category B and C driver’s license.
