As a Domain Consultant specializing in network security transformation, you deliver technical expertise and strategic guidance to support customers throughout their network security and zero trust initiatives. Your role is instrumental in designing and implementing technical solutions that align with a customer’s critical business objectives. You champion our industry-leading capabilities across on-premises, cloud, and security services, reinforcing Palo Alto Networks’ position as a trusted cybersecurity partner for our customers.

Oversee critical operational duties to ensure seamless business performance, including managing team workflows, optimizing processes, and maintaining high productivity standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, drive growth, and align with organizational objectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to foster alignment, resolve challenges, and support overall company success. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership to inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality assurance protocols while upholding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Partner with sales teams to identify and tailor customer solutions that align with your area of expertise, providing strategic recommendations and contributing to the development of innovative offerings.

Conduct and facilitate customer demonstrations, highlighting our distinctive competitive advantages and unique value proposition to effectively engage and inform potential clients.

We oversee Technical Validation initiatives for potential customers and partners, ensuring alignment with industry best practices to secure technical victories in designated opportunities.

Develop innovative solutions designed to enhance and streamline our customers’ security frameworks, empowering them to achieve a more resilient and efficient security posture.

Document the overarching architectural design and primary application scenarios to guarantee accurate deployment and measurable value delivery from Palo Alto Networks solutions.

Facilitate discussions on current industry trends and forthcoming developments impacting the security landscape.

Ensures alignment between products and customer requirements, emphasizing unique value propositions to highlight differentiation.

As the primary technical liaison for Network Security, you will provide support and collaborate closely to address RBIs/RFPs, positioning Palo Alto Networks or partner-delivered services where necessary to ensure seamless implementation and maximize the value derived from Palo Alto Networks solutions.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure are preferred.

Your Experience

Experienced professionals in pre-sales or sales engineering with expertise in Zero Trust, networking, network security, SaaS security, or SSE/SASE are encouraged to apply.

Accomplished professionals with exceptional abilities in customer interaction and resolving inquiries demonstrate outstanding customer communication and problem-solving skills.

Professional experience in customer-facing roles, coupled with a proactive approach to problem resolution and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

A comprehensive knowledge of Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), network security architectures, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASE), proxy solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) frameworks is required.

Possesses extensive expertise in both On-Premise and Cloud-Delivered Network Security Technologies.
